This policy explains how Small Desk Setup uses cookies and similar technologies (including local storage and third-party scripts). What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, tags) work in comparable ways. Some are strictly necessary for a site to function. Others are optional and, under EU and Spanish rules, must stay off until you opt in.

The categories we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

These make the site work and remember your cookie choice. They are not used for marketing. OnSmall Desk Setup this is a small consent record stored locally in your browser under the keycookie-consent-v1 (whether you accepted, rejected, or configured analytics and advertising, and when you saved that choice).

Analytics (optional — off by default)

If you turn this on and a Cloudflare Web Analytics token is configured, a beacon script from static.cloudflareinsights.com may load to measure aggregate traffic. It stays off until you opt in. Hosting logs from Cloudflare are not this category.

Advertising (optional — off until allowed)

This category controls Google AdSense on this site (publisher IDca-pub-3921211045095240). The AdSense script (https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js) isnot a static head script. It loads only when advertising is allowed for your visit. We do not geo-cloak ad requests or send Google a substitute country.

After advertising is allowed, Google may set advertising cookies or similar identifiers on Google domains, serve ads, and measure them. Related hosts can include pagead2.googlesyndication.com,googlesyndication.com, doubleclick.net and other Google ad endpoints. Google’s own policies apply:Privacy Policy,ads cookies,data from sites using Google services.

If you withdraw advertising consent, we remove the AdSense script tag from this site, stop further adsbygoogle pushes, and remove ad frames we can reach. That is as far as a static page can go: we cannot always delete cookies already set on Google’s domains, and a script that already ran stays in memory until you leave or refresh. After withdrawal, later page views will not load AdSense unless advertising is allowed again.

Your consent (geo-scoped CMP)

Cloudflare tells this site the request country on the edge. We use that real country only to choose the consent interface — we do not invent a country and we do not send a fake country on ad requests.

If the request is from the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or Spain (and the rest of the EU), the banner offers Accept, Reject andConfigure with equal prominence. Non-essential cookies stay off until you actively accept them. We do not use pre-ticked optional boxes or “cookie walls”. You can accept only advertising, only analytics, both, or neither.

If the request is from the United States, we do not show that three-button EEA wall. Advertising may load unless you opt out in Cookie settings. Analytics still stay off until you turn them on. Footer Cookie settings remains the same control for everyone.

If the country is unknown, we show the EEA-style wall. That is a conservative default, not a claimed location.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Reopen your choices at any time with Cookie settings in the footer (or the button below), or by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

Third parties

We do not load other advertising or analytics networks. If that changes, this page will list them before they are activated.
